All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend an open form with Frank T. Brogan, newly appointed as Chancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.

The chief executive officer of PASSHE, Brogan assumed his new role on Oct. 1, 2013. 

Brogan previously served as chancellor of the State University System of Florida.  The former president of Florida Atlantic University, he served two terms as Florida’s lieutenant governor.

As Chancellor, Brogan is responsible to the Board of Governors for the overall administration of PASSHE.

The 14 PASSHE universities have a combined enrollment of about 112,000 students, nearly 90 percent of whom are Pennsylvania residents. PASSHE is the state’s 13th largest employer, with more than 12,000 professional and support staff.
